Terms and Conditions

Heaven in a hot tub is a family run business supplying you with all your hot tub needs in your own home.

We have a few terms and conditions you MUST comply with when using our hot tubs:

• NO make up or fake tan to be worn when using the hot tub as this can damage the filtration system and stain the hot tub.
• NO essential oils unless provided by heaven in a hot tub
• NO sitting on the side of the hot tub as this can cause damage.
• NO glass or sharp objects.
• NO animals allowed in tubs.

Children must be always under adult supervision

Children under 5years No more than 10 minutes at a time in the tub.

If Pregnant

1st trimester NO longer than 10 minutes use also no hotter than 38 degrees.

2nd and 3rd trimester use at your own discretion.

-If on medication you MUST seek medical advice before using our hot tubs

Filter system

We require you the customer to remove filter after every full day of use. Clean in hot soapy water and rinse thoroughly Until no more soap suds. This prevents dirt and grime build up and reduces pump errors.

All Weather Tents

With our all weather tents in the case of extreme winds please remove poles and lower over the hot tub until strong winds have passed to reduce damage to the tents.

In regards to any damage to any of our hot tubs or the equipment we provide occur while in your possession you the customer are liable for the full cost of the damaged item.
